The population schedules of the Sixth Census (1840-Part 2) the United States, for
Genesee County.
|
The information in this schedule is presented under the names of heads of families and
statistics for the age group distribution of its members (male and female).
|

Along side the name of each head of family, certain statistical information is recorded in
the vertical columns running from left to right across a schedule. The first 13 columns
record the age-group distribution of white male. The second column of numbers are for
the females and is a repeat of the males age-distribution.
