Rails to Trails becoming a reality in W.N.Y. !

The Buffalo / Pittsburg rail line that runs between Buffalo and Ashford Junction has filed for abandonment of a section of their rails. Approx. 27.8 miles are at stake from Orchard Park to West Valley. N.Y.S. Parks has filed a petition to take over this section of rail line and turn it into rails to trails. This will benefit hikers, bikers, x-country skiers and snowmobilers alike. If you support this idea and wish to show your support please click the link below and sign the petition (electronically) and your name will be added to the list of supporters. JUST CLICK ON THE RED CLICK BUTTONS OR VISIT THE RAIL TRAIL WEBSITE!
